Eyes That Speak

A wish to speak

But voice too weak,

What the heart wants to say,

Let the eyes convey.

Pretending to sleep,

Just to silently weep;

But the eyes so wide

All the pain they can’t hide.

Hoping to smile

Just to rest for a while;

Then return to that life

With its joys and strife.

But those eyes all along

Never ever are they wrong;

The sparkling look in those eyes

Says-‘Wake up, arise!’
